Copyright

I hold copyright on all my patterns which means that you can make the outfits for your own use only. You can't make copies or use them to make outfits which you then use commercially in any way.

Payment Options

If you live in the UK then I can accept payment by cheque, postal order, Paypal or Nochex. If you live outside the UK then payment will need to be made by Paypal only.

Delivery Times

When you place an order for a readymade outfit I will contact you to sort out thread and colour details and give you a delivery date. Hopefully I won't keep you waiting for more than 14 days and I will do my best to email you to let you know how things are going.

Postage Costs

I will pay the costs of basic postage for my patterns and readymade outfits. If you live in the UK this will be by First Class post and it will be by Airmail for outside the UK. If you want the item sent with insurance, with tracking or by another method then I will expect you to pay for any extra costs. This will depend on the service you require and where you live so please ask before you pay.

Refunds

I will not refund payments for patterns - if you have a problem
with a pattern that you bought please contact me and I will do my best to
sort it out. I will refund payment for a readymade outfit as long as it is
returned to me in original condition within 14 days.
